**Meetings are held at the Undercurrent private dining room at noon unless otherwise noted.**

August 10, 2010 - South of Broad, Pat Conroy, our June, July, August Summer read – informal group discussion - no leader assigned **

September 14, 2010 - Cutting For Stone, Abraham Verghese - Mary Truslow

October 12, 2010 - The Help, Kathryn Stockett – Jan Foreman – Library Books available for loan.   Becky Clark will bring the books to the September meeting.

November 2, 2010 - The Soloist, Steve Lopez - One City, One Book – Gay Bowman Library Books available for loan.   Becky Clark will bring the books to the October meeting.

A social gathering in December (date to be decided) – book club members can bring spouses and we will have a “book swap” social.  Blanche Stevens has volunteered her home for this evening gathering.  Everyone will be asked to bring wine/beverage and appetizers to share and a wrapped anonymous book to put under the tree.
